Payments are not refundable after 24 hours of initial payment. Cancellations are accepted for any reason while conforming to the 24 hour time span. Time frames will vary for the completion of the project depending on the project detail, but standard turnaround time for a completed project should be no longer than 24-48 hours. A proof will need approval before the site can go live.
